I’m writing to let you know that I have signed a contract for a new position with Coast Mountain College in northwest BC starting in March.   • Complimentary consultation and thorough understanding of your situation and objectives to ensure the PowerMove Executive Advancement Program is an appropriate investment for you
  • 6 x Private Coaching Sessions
  • 1 x Comprehensive DISC + Motivators Assessment and Report
  • Informal and unlimited access to your AEX executive coach throughout your program for updates, support, questions, etc. 
  • Pay it to Yourself Scholarship of $200 toward any future engagements with ActionEdge Executive Development

Do I make this investment myself or should my current company be covering this program fee?
Yes and yes, both are occurring every week. The genesis of the PowerMove program was to fulfill the requests coming in across Canada from individuals who are/were independently and without their current employer’s influence, direction, or suggestion, looking to level up. The majority of PowerMove program participants are investing in the program themselves. In certain cases however, a company will fund the program for individuals who have recently been promoted into a new role, or in some occasions – simply funding the program for their people as a general investment in their talent density and continual growth. Because the program is accessibly priced and relatively short in duration, a few organizations will add the program to their approved courses/trainings/etc in their internal offerings for professional development with their own uniques qualification requirements and training budget allocations.  Most reach out with an already fairly clear position on ‘who’ will be paying the program fee, but when in question – it is absolutely something we help explore with you in your complimentary consultation and help you determine the most appropriate scenario.

Are the sessions online?
With our clients and coaches spread across Canada, definitely plan for the sessions to occur online. In rare occasions it may be possible to meet with your coach in person.

What is the timeline to complete the program?
As the majority of individuals enrolling in this program are doing so with a specific and, usually time-sensitive, objective the duration of the engagement rarely exceeds 3 – 4 months. Some situations calling for preparation for an imminent interview or the like, have warranted the program be completed within 6 weeks.  We do not assign a rigid timeline of prescheduled sessions, unless it is requested. Flexible scheduling of the sessions allows us to deliver the most appropriate experience and timeline for every individuals unique situation.
