Bernard has and does hold a CEO position, previous VP positions and possesses a rare ability to synthesize highly complex technological, operational, regulatory, legislative, economic, and human-system variables into

He has architected Centers of Excellence, guided complex regulatory and certification transformations, facilitated strategic partnerships, supported seven-figure government funding initiatives, and contributed to the advancement of sustainable energy alternatives Hydrogen R&D and AI-enabled technologies.
