Donna is an accomplished facilitator of adult learning and organizational development with more than 20 years of leadership experience specializing in employee development and engagement. With her sound business mindset and positive attitude, she inspires individuals to create focus and direction to achieve success with a renewed sense of direction and purpose.

 

Tapping into her vast experience in leadership and talent management, Donna supports individual and organizational growth to assist you in creating a strong and resilient foundation for future success.

 

With a diverse background in business operations, Donna worked for an international franchise organization, Kumon Canada where she introduced and developed successful market expansion across the prairie provinces and facilitated ongoing training programs to Canadian staff and franchisees.

 

After relocating to the Canadian Head Office in Toronto, Donna led the Training and Public Relations operations and liaised with corporate offices and personnel throughout North America. After returning to Calgary, Donna has been a training consultant working with a wide variety of corporate clients. Bringing her business and leadership skills to the classroom, she has been a contract Instructor at SAIT School of Business facilitating engaging leadership development programs to diverse audiences of corporate clients and individual learners.

 

Possessing a strong belief in life- long learning, Donna studied several business management courses followed by completing her Certificate of Adult Learning (CAL) at the University of Calgary. She is a certified solution focused coach and holds her CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional) designation with the Canadian Institute for Performance and Learning, I4PL. Donna was the founding member and past Chair of the Calgary Chapter I4PL (previously known as CSTD).

 

Donna is a third generation Calgarian. She and her husband live in the local community and are often known to be hosting large family dinners with their active adult children and family members. They have enjoyed extensive travel adventures with one of their most recent trips driving from Vancouver Island to Fogo Island, Newfoundland. What an epic journey that was!
